great product and easily applied with paint brush like i did...had a leak on a slight pitched shingle roof that i couldn't locate...after three buckets guess what...no more leaks(yeah) ! great product

Performs exactly as advertised. The surface is smooth once dried. I used it to coat the outside cinder blocks for planters in a pond and to waterproof the waterfall. Also applied to the area where the liner was covered by brick and mortar. It made a smooth transition and looks good. I will definitely purchase again.

Top 2 inches of product was hard, Web site does not mention this problem. After using it, next time used - same problem. Had to throw out over 1/3 of product. 😞

Product works well but does not state that it would change from black to silver in sunlight and now shows bad patches on the areas used on the rolled tin roof. Very disappointing since we specifically purchased black and went in black! 😡

I was going to buy this at a large hardware store, but checked the price at Amazon and it was so much cheaper. Thrilled that I did. This fixes all of our leaks and is superior to any other product that we’ve tried.
