I have Quickset or Schlage auto locks for many years, but I installed one of these locks for a friend and I was sold. The locking mechanism is so quiet and the many features are great. I replaced my locks with this one. I can program a different code for each user and it keeps a history of who has locked or unlocked my doors. I really like that I can program the auto lock for as short or long of duration as I like. I hated that I only had 30 seconds with the old locks. If I want it locked as soon as I leave, then I press the # and it locks immediately. Awesome lock. I don't use the Alexa or fingerprint features... that was a little overkill for me. Very happy with my purchase.

I needed this lock for a rental property. It allows many different access codes so the maid, tenants and myself can all have a different code. It connects to a gateway (sold separately) which allows me to unlock and lock the door so AirBnb customers can gain access and get the original keys.

So far so good - I didn't realize you need the Gateway remote in addition to this for additional features. I like the key pad, but I wish I was able to control how loud the sound is when pressing the numbers. It wasn't too hard to install either.I had a few questions for the customer service and I was able to connect with a representative pretty quickly. She helped answer all my questions and has offered me to ask any other questions that may come up. I appreciate the service so far!
