This review is for the "Roasted Garlic, Black Pepper & Turmeric" flavor option. If I purchased other flavors, I will add my thoughts here. I like it enough to consider it again and to try other flavors. The flavor is easy and pleasant. 1 TBS to an 8 ounce mug of hot water makes for a nice sipping broth. Warm and comforting. I use a little more water- more like 10-12 ouncrs for my preferences.I have other brands I prefer (Millies and Vigors), but this is nice in that it has a good mouth feel. Not to blah tasting yet not too strong. A little more sodium than I prefer, but it's doable.As mentioned, could also be used to flavor a variety of dishes.

Acquired taste
Sorry, I do not like this sipping broth. Not smooth, too gritty, and it has an odd flavor. Will not finish the rest . Can't recommend.I am not saying it's a bad product, because it seems to have good ingredients, but the flavor is just not for me.

More of a watery soup than a broth.
Way too much sediment in this to be fit for my purposes. With Green juice and veg broth fasting, being pulp/sediment free is essential. This "broth" has mung bean powder thaat's undissolvable and thick. After straining, barely over 1/2 the cup has broth left.I found the taste good (not sure why others didn't) and the sodium is not too high. If you do not care about sediment, fine. At over $2/serving though, you might look elsewhere.

Disappointing
Way too much sediment that doesn’t dissolve - leaves you with a watered down broth and then the last bit is grainy and chunky with the all the left over sediment. Flavor was okay but because it didn’t dissolve it was either not enough or too much in every sip. I will stick to Millie’s.

Very Good!
This is not bad and I would buy this again! I am looking forward to trying the other flavors they have. I am really into sipping broth's right now.
