This pastry board was beautiful! However it had a crack in it all the way through. They were very responsive and have offered to send me a new one, and I am able to keep the cracked one so I can have it for now in my rv while I travel. Very pleased with their customer service and beautiful product.

I saw a couple of harsh reviews on this product, but I decided to go ahead and try one anyway. It came well packed, damage free, and looks absolutely great! Good workmanship, attractive finish, sturdy and excellent finish and fit. I went with 4 stars on the easy to clean question, because I haven't had to yet, but I'm certain it will hold up well in everyday use. When you consider that this item costs about 30% of comparable similar items, it's an outstanding value. Highly recommend, and am ordering another for my cabin.

When I received the board, the box was damaged, with very little packing material inside the box to cushion it as it was transported. This would lead you to believe that it was damaged in transit. When I took the board out of the box, it had a massive crack, as seen in the picture. Still, the weird thing about it is that there was a considerable gap in the crack, and the board was glued with a gap in place, so you can't close the gap. The wood was beautiful. The board looks like it would’ve been a nice addition, but obviously, the crack makes it tough to keep clean.

I am surprised at how beautiful the wood is and I can tell the craftsmanship was done with care and pride. It was a great price for such a large cutting board and it fits the top of our oven perfectly protecting it while also providing another counter surface and cutting, slicing, chopping surface. GREAT PRODUCT. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Bought the board because it’s large size to make my homemade pasta on it. Looked nice and well made. Unfortunately not sure why after about two months board started to split despite very limited use of water only for cleaning routine immediately whipping it down dry. Meant to respond earlier to the owners who wrote a nice note to let them know how happy they are I chose their product for my culinary needs. With all this said board is still useable , but I’m not sure how long it will last in tack since now there is 3 splits that are getting bigger as time goes on. Hope this helps others when making a wood board purchase.

This looks really nice and after measuring the surface of my stove top, it covers it perfectly. I need extra counter space and thought I could use this as a noodle board which should work nicely. I saw some complaints about this not taking abuse well and being damaged and to that I have to comment. It is actual, real wood. It is not laminate or knife proof. If you use it as a cutting board it will leave marks. It is wood. If you pour red wine on it, it will probably stain it. It is wood. I assume that it will also burn since it is wood. I plan to cover it to use it in order to preserve it. It is not the most fabulous craftmanship in the world but it is far better than I or anyone I know could do. It is very smooth and the wood is very attractive. Again, dare I say that it is wood so modify your lofty expectations.

I'm still using this board because I have not found a replacement. Every board I've checked has at least one review regarding crack(s). That's unpleasant.On the plus side ZICOTO issued a full credit within hours (minutes?) of reading my original review. I will shop at ZICOTO again.

This is an heirloom quality product! Thick, gorgeous acacia wood, well-crafted into a show stopper cutting board. I purchased mine as a gas stovetop cover to extend my countertop. It fits beautifully. I love how the lip curves up in the back and over the grates in the front.I plan to purchase more for housewarming gifts. This exceeded my expectations; it’s stunning!
