Awesome product, glad someone is trying to find natural ways to give us energy. Taste is manageable. Little clumpy but a good shaker bottle should help with that. I heard someone say one day "Pre-workout will be this generation's smoking" and it really hit home. There are many chemicals and stimulants in most pre workouts that we don't truly know the long term effects of. I decided to look for a healthier more natural option and came upon this product.I went with the Pineapple Coconut flavor. It mixed pretty well, nothing unpleasant. The flavor wasn't as strong as you'd find in normal pre-workouts, but I prefer it that way. It's a smooth subtle drinkable flavor, just enough. The flavor tastes real, not like a mouthful of artificial sweeteners. This is one of my favorite preworkout flavors to date, and I've tried a ton of other brands.The energy was evident, but not to the levels of chemical preworkout supplements. I wasn't expecting it to be, but people should be aware that it's not the same level. I would say that it was adequate, which is what I was hoping for from an organic/natural product. I didn't feel any jitters or tingling sensations.I did get a good pump and it exceeded my expectations in that department.Overall I say this is a great product if you're looking for something you can feel good about taking to get a good solid workout and pump in. Don't expect the same energy levels as your average 3 scoops of 'NITRIC OXIDE FACE EXPLOSION!!' preworkout supplement, but it gets the job done without feeling like your heart might pay for its 20-30 years down the line.

I want to start off my review by thanking the company for their stellar customer service and sending me a replacement powder after Amazon delivered a container that was unsealed. James was wonderful in the way he handled my concern and offered a replacement immediately which I really appreciate. He ensured everything was safely sealed and properly packaged!With that being said;This is the best pre workout powder I have ever used. In the past I stayed away from these kinds of supplements because of the jitters and crashes but this is the first pre workout that I’ve tried where the energy buildup doesn’t make me have negative side effects. I love that one scoop is able to power me through 2 hours of intense cardio and lifting. The powder itself mixes easily into water and tastes great. I’ve now tried the passion fruit/guava and the lemon berry flavors and find both of them to be pleasant. I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone who is looking for natural ways to support their fitness journey. This company has a lifelong customer in me! I look forward to long sessions at the gym now!
