Great cart for the price
There was not a word of print on the instructions but amazingly easy enough to follow. If you just line everything up the way the diagrams show there will be no problem. I don't like to read directions anyway. I know it's not meant for outdoor use but I'm going to be using it on my covered patio. I see how it hold up.
