Sellers are very professional

The initial package came with multiple broken parts, but after contacting the seller, they replaced the entire purchase with a new piece. Now that it has been assembled, it looks great.

Sturdy

This little cabinet is nice and sturdy but has some issues. Lots of parts to put together. The file folder rods are a little large when I put the hanging file folders in they do not want to stay on the rods. If you have any suggestions for that please let me know.

Solid

This cabinet is solid. Not fun to put together, though... my usually very handy hubby still shakes his head when he sees it.

Picture is Misleading

I've attached a picture for reference... You'll note that the supplied picture doesn't represent the actual product in terms of scale (it's either skewed/photoshopped or a different revision). The dimensions are accurate, but their picture leads you to believe it's stout compared to the actual. See the distance between the handles on the drawers or the height of the drawers in contrast to the height of the shelf. I'm disappointed in the look. What's worse was the assembly. It took way too long for someone as experienced as myself and the tools they provide are garbage. The bearings for the drawer slides were compromised and required some "adjusting". I also bought a desk from this brand and had equally as much trouble assembling it. I don't recommend anything from this manufacturer that has doors, drawers, moving parts. The integrity of the hardware, pressboard, etc. is questionable. I've received plenty of compliments on the look of my new office, but I wish I would've spent more on quality. I don't expect a long lifespan on these products.

Perfect file cabinet with storage

This cabinet replaced an old metal verticle style cabinet. It was easy to install with 2 people. It is solid and the extra storage is great. It looks more like furniture than a file cabinet!

If You Like Puzzles (I do not) or if You are Looking for Adventure (I was not)...

The package arrived beat up, and when I opened it, it was like a snowman had exploded! They used such cheap Styrofoam, that the weight of the parts ground the Styrofoam into small pieces. Many, many, many, small pieces, that are now everywhere in my house and I'm sure I will be encountering said pieces for the rest of my (now miserable) life. Some of the pieces were damaged (due to poor packaging) and more damage occurred while putting this together because of how cheaply made the item is.When I first looked at the directions, I immediately thought of returning the item, or just throwing it away. The instructions were a little better than hieroglyphs (but not by much), but like Indiana Jones, I put the hieroglyphic puzzle pieces together to form this wonderful artifact (piece of $@#&*!)! Many times, while I tried to interpret the instructions, I was tempted to burn it all in an effigy to the gods of despair but was sure that I would be fined by some well-meaning county civil servant, if I was to do so.So, I continued on in my unwanted adventure, and after almost 3 hours (which did include many stops to engage in very colorful, and unrepeatable language) the item was finally together. And surprisingly, it was... usable, serviceable, OK, meh! Not great, but for the price it will do what I need it to do - hold up an office printer.I do not recommend this item, but it is not the worst thing that I have bought (and kept). So, if you want a cheap file cabinet/printer stand and have a few hours to waste while being miserable and frustrated, this is the item for you!

Not sure how I feel about it yet

I thought it was pretty hard to put together but I'm one of the most unhandy people I know and I still managed to get it together. It took me about six or seven hours working on and off on it and the instructions were difficult for someone like me. I probably studied the instructions for an hour figuring out what they wanted me to do before I started. Be careful with the cam pins when screwing them in - slow and careful because the cheap wood chips off easily. I screwed up on step four with piece 18 I didn't even notice it until I got to step 13 so I had to partially remove pieces from the first drawer to install parts 18. I also got confused on step 27 because there were no holes in the wood and I wasn't quite sure what they wanted me to do with those plastic pieces. That might seem silly to people who know what they're doing but I'm very literal and instructions didn't mention no holes. But I did get it together. I haven't put anything in the drawers yet but I have noticed they don't pull out quite far enough so it might be hard to get things in and out of there I'll find out I guess. It looks nice and I like it because it's just for personal use, but I really don't think it was worth $200. It'll do.Edit: Now that I'm starting to actually use the filing cabinet, I do have one problem with it. The drawers do not pull out far enough and it's kind of a hassle to get the folders and stuff in there you have to jockey them in there because there's not enough room

Very nice!!!

I absolutely love this. It was a perfect match to a desk that I bought. It took me a couple of hours to put together but it was definitely worth it.❤️❤️
