Not really sure that you can easily review a supplement, but here goes... At one of my regular physicals my doctor told me that my vitamin D levels were too low and that I should take a supplement. That was a few years ago. I started taking this brand due to the amount of vitamin D they contain, the small size of the gel like pill and the quantity you get for the price. Since I started taking these my vitamin D levels at my yearly physicals are all spot on. So I guess they're working. I have read that Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so any surplus is not excreted but rather stored in the fat where it can accumulate to the point where it may be harmful.
