Wasserstein3-in-1 Wired Smart Flood Light, Charger and Mount Compatible with Blink Outdoor & Blink XT2 Camera, 1500 lumens - with Motion Sensor and Timer Control (Blink Camera NOT Included)

I puchased two of these floodlights to work in conjunction with my blinks. I wanted some time to pass to see if everything would work as good as the other reviewers have claimed. Indeed, I am VERY HAPPY I got these floodlights; they are of EXCELLENT quality, hooked right up with the blink function. I have to admit I am getting better at the techy-side of things, the most frustrating part was connecting with "Alexa", I bought these specifically for their functionality with Alexa to work. Dummy me, in following the instructions to connect, I have a "smart home" program already and should have consistently used that to talk to Alexa (along with my other gadgets). Instead I was following Wasserstein instructions for their ap, and was unsuccessful with the "Alexa" part because of the existing program where it offered the same instructions to hook up the floodlights. ANYWAYS...once I got onboard, she immediately connected. I LOVE the quality of pics at night now, the fact I can program sensitivity, etc...these are worth it!!!

Great quality light, easy to install and mount your Blink Outdoor Camera. I love the fact that you can power your camera via the USB port. No more batteries! No more worrying about running down the batteries. Video quality is very good. Many programmable features that let you customize to you liking. I have the gen 1 Sync, so no cloud storage fees. Great affordable option without breaking the bank.

I purchased this light based off reviews. while I was mounting it in a PVC light box approximately 16 feet on a post the mounting screws for the bar were not the correct screws therefore I had to continuously climb up and down the ladder to find the right ones these should be supplied for both using a metal box and or PVC box. The quality of the rubber grommets around the wire that connects the blink camera were very poor and did not secure properly. Most likely will accept water… My assumption based off of other reviewer‘s was that this particular light is able to be controlled from anywhere not just specifically in front of the light itself which to me seems completely useless as this is being used at a vacation location I am not at very often. The motion control does not work. Therefore it’s constantly on until turned off. Useless light. I have another light with less LUMENS listed and it’s far brighter. The adjustment of the light heads are very restricting as well as the blink camera adjustments. The connection ring for the camera came snapped because it’s a thin plastic. The blink cameras themselves come with a more durable connecting mount that for me after installing over a 100 of these hasn’t failed once. The main mounting set screw is not enough to keep any moisture out. The light although tightened enough still has play. The gasket they provide is decent. A very poorly built Chinese light.

Works well overall and The Wi-Fi remote controlled features are a nice touch. The Wi-Fi control allows for controlling of the light remotely, the sensitivity settings for the motion sensor, as well as an added perk of adjusting the color of the light from yellow to daylight. The hard wiring for the blink camera is well engineered with rubber plugs at the end of the USB cord to keep out water.The reason for four stars is the provided screws to attach the mounting bracket to my existing junction box were too large and started to strip out the junction box. I was able to mitigate this by using the mounting screws from my prior flood light. I feel the most junction boxes are pretty universal with the screw sizes, so to not have the proper screws supplied is disappointing.Overall, great product for an option to hard wire your blink camera with a power supply readily available.

MOTION SENSOR light reaction time IS AWESOMEi hate the 5000k (Daylight light temperatures) in or on my rural property.... i like the lowest / Cooler 2700/3000k temperature this allows me to adjust and to dim it down to about 50% in BRIGHTNESSBUY THIS LIGHT AND MOTION SENSOR it keeps my BLINK camera going WITHOUT EXPENSIVE BATTERIES and WELL WORTH THE MONEYWASSERSTEIN BLINK accessories from my perspective ARE SUPERB and HIGHEST QUALITY even the box it is shipped in is superior

The media could not be loaded.  This is exactly what I’m looking for in a motion flood light. It easy to program with the app and I bought it because I can attach my Blink camera which I have already. It also saves me the lithium batteries that is required on the camera in which I can now hard wire with the USB port provided.

This seems like a durable product. The light is functional, but I cannot control the sensor because it requires a reset to connect to the app. There is no reset or power button to complete the required reset. It is hard-wired. My power panel is in the basement, so tried the power off on sequences to no avail. Also, this unit does NOT work very well when mounted on the eave/ceiling/soffit. The camera basically points almost directly downward, so I cannot see anyone coming up my driveway. I can only see someone if they walk directly under the light. At this point the factory sensory setting is low, so it doesn't turn on until I am about 6 to 8 feet away. I emailed customer service and have not heard back. I am not pleased with this purchase at all. It would be great if they at least have an alternative camera mount with a toggle. Finally, the Smart instructions are not very thorough so troubleshooting is not straightforward.
