Easy to use -
This works perfectly to continue my physical therapy at home. I had a shoulder injury that this, along with some other easy to use therapy equipment help to make sure my shoulder never gets as bad as it was before. I have a son in a wheelchair who uses this as part of his therapy as well to make sure he keeps up his arm strength. The only thing you have to do with this is lift your arms up and down, or stretch them out as wide as can and then bring them back together again. There's absolutely no weight (except the weight of the rope of course) to cause pain.

Works just fine
It's necessary to have a high place to hang the hook or it doesn't extend my arm enough to stretch.

Works well but noisy!
I broke my shoulder badly last January and was going to physical therapy three times a Week, and doing home exercises the other days. It makes a great difference in my Mobility and reduces pain. But the little pulley wheel squeaks and my puppy howls when I work out! A good, cheap product, portable, usable anywhere. A pleasant surprise these days!

Helped after surgery
This was reasonable and did what I needed after therapy. I did wish it had a rubber piece so it wouldn't scratch or leave a mark on my wooden door.
