These work great with my iPhone. I've ordered them several times. I use one with the headphones by my bed, one with the headphones I use traveling and the ones I have at work. I've also given some to family members.

I bought these as backups if and when I loose my main adapter. I hadn’t taken them out of the packaging until yesterday after loosing my main one. The cable is noticeably thicker than an Apple Original adapter, which clued me in that these are probably not apple certified. One of them had glue on the outside of the adapter. After taking the other adapter in the pack, I brought it with me to work. I noticed right away that there is considerable white noise if you aren’t playing anything. It got so bad that I had to replug it to get the noise to go away. Things were going alright right up to when I went to play my music and the music came out my phones speakers for a split second before returning to my headphones. Mind you, I had not unplugged them. I discovered shortly after that my iPhone doesn’t recognize the adapter and thinks it’s playing through speakers, which may have led to the problem. I do not believe apple certified this product since apple products don’t recognize it. Don’t waste your time or money on this, just pay the $10 for an apple adapter.Edit: DO NOT BUY!Both adapters are now broken. A little while after posting this review, the adapter I was using broke. I could no longer hear out of my right earbud while using it. This was after only a SINGLE DAY of use. I took the other one out of the packaging; I had chosen not to use them because there was glue on the outside that has since worn off. The second adapter just failed exactly the same way as the first. I thought I was getting a decent deal getting 2 adapters for the price of one, but all I have now are 2 busted adapters. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star to reflect my dissatisfaction with this product. If I could set the review to 0 stars I would. DO NOT BY, THIS CHEAP TRASH WILL BREAK AFTER A SHORT WHILE OF USE.

Works great! Fits phone and stereo cable perfectly. iPhone sounds beautiful on the receiver with this little hook up!

Couldn't be more simple. Just plug and play. Love the fact it is a nice short adapter. Nice tight connectors so no need to add some sort of a "strain relief". Very nice and would recommend.

I had more than one of these kind of adapters, previously only Apple. I use them with headsets and headphones for different things. But apparently, I ever used this one with a headset (Sony and Apple EarPods) on PHONE CALLS before. Went into a virtual meeting with my boss and I couldn’t hear anything. But I could hear the audio feedback from my phone for other functions, and music played ok. Later (after missing the meeting) I also tried a Plantronics Blackwire headset. Same results.Then I tried another headset adapter (Apple, this time) and all headsets worked fine again.Then another surprise. I could not answer an incoming phone call, or place one with this adapter. But apparently the other party could hear me, even though I couldn’t hear them. Then I tried the iPhone voice recorder. I could listen to playback, but my iPhone was not picking anything up from my headset’s microphone, only through the microphone in the handset. Similar results with Skype, though Skype will play program sounds in the headset earpiece, but the headset microphone works, and the headset earpiece is ignored (switching incoming audio to the iPhone’s phone speaker) while the call is in progress, switching to the iPhone handset. Took the other adapter I bought in the same purchase out of the package, plugged it in, same results. Two pieces of junk that won’t work.Long past the date I could have returned these iPhone adapters. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this thing.

Absolutely glad I got this, I have one in my office the other in my car. I’ll recommend testing out an aux cord for it, cause it was static until I changed the cord. Really handy I love it. Adaptable to most six cord, sound quality is great if right attachment is used. It’s flexible enough .

Gets a short in it and only one side will work and then the whole thing goes bad. Doesn’t last very long. It works great for about 3 months
