The plastic clips in kits like this are, in my opinion, worthless. I've tried so many brands and designs that I've lost count, and I've yet to find one that is anything close to reliable. However, I give this make/model five stars for one key reason: they send it with the PCB separate from the clips. Soldering LED strips directly to the PCB was quicker and easier than using bare wire and the connection is very reliable. I just wish BTF offered a comparable SKU for a straight-through union/connector.

I picked these up for a project where I needed to take LED strips and make corners to form a rectangle. They made the project SO MUCH EASIER. The only issue I ran into is that they are a little flimsy so it's a bit easy to accidentally bend one too much to where it's hard to slide into the little prongs on the attachment points, leading to some "fiddling" (a technical term for sure) to get them to connect right. That's more the exception than the norm while using them though, and certainly worth the trouble for the time and effort saved.

The media could not be loaded. I feel like buying a led strip and a bunch of these to cut and connect because they are so fun to work with. 🤣 This is my first time using these connectors and I will say, I oddly have a favorite type of connector. It is the 90 degree connectors! They are so convenient to use, easy to manage and I did not even have to look up a tutorial. It is fine if you need to watch a tutorial, there is no problem watching tutorials on anything! But in my case, it was easy to understand how to use them and connect them.I plan on buying more of this company's led strips and their other products in the future, I have been recommending their goods to my friends to check out their products because my golly my room became my favorite place! It is so colorful and neat! These connectors make these strips around my room more organized and less choppy. I highly recommend these!

Awful 😞. I was hoping that going with highly recommend btf product s would be safe. Their lights are usually good but this was far from. Their own connection aren't the right side and might be part of the issue as they have massive voltage drop and intrupt the data signal. Even the light before the connection fails sometimes. Might try using the clips just as solder points help. The tetleth don't help and make it worse with the shorts.One corner was so hot it almost burned me even on a 5v.Edit: I will like to add that BTF did reach out to me and offered a pruchase/refund with another product. I declined as I don't think they would correct the issue as it uses the the same "teeth" to hold the LED board in place, and I created my own solution.

The media could not be loaded. The connector pins line up with the corner pieces well enough but they seemed to be misaligned with the LED strip. Had to solder one of the corners on my monitor to get it to work. The other three I was able to get to work but at a high level of fiddling with each corner. It would have been faster to just solder them to begin with

What I loved most about this connection kit is that it really was easy to use and it worked like a charm for me.

These came in handy while installing the lights on my tv.

I use these for a small light box. They work well, although the connectors lift far enough away from the back of the board that it kind of makes it awkward to adhere.All said and done, I don't really have any issues other than plan for the LED strip to be lifted away from the backing for these couplers.
