Disappointed by quality and customer service
Disappointed with the quality of this laptop and MSI's customer support. The hinge snapped on one of the keyboard keys during normal use. They will not cover the repair under warranty as they consider it physical damage and do not sell replacement hinges as spare parts. They're charging me for the cost of replacing the entire keyboard.
