Have now hatched multiple clutches and can confidently say this thing is great. Functions properly, easy to adjust, zero complaints.Electronics are top notch in a robust case and the cabinet is well constructed. I will say that we are overly ginger in handling the rotators/trays as the plastic looks fragile, but so long as one doesn't drop or force them they're certainly up to the task.This unit has almost paid for itself in a few months and we are considering adding a second unit.

Buy this incubator. This thing in amazing! Easy set up. Basically all we do is add water once a week and candle eggs .Our hatch rate is 90% +.It is so easy to clean .Worth every penny .

The best incubator I’ve used was only able to put 140 eggs in for my for set but hatched out 115 a very decent amount for my first with the unit definitely will be buying another very easy setup and good built machine with a low noise level that maintains heat and humidity very easily and functions very well for beginners who may want a set it and forget it machine

It got delivered quick package looked good and secure but when I unboxed it found a broke off peace of plastic for the side mounts going up the sides not sure if it's the delivery problem or the place it comes from but for 1000 plus dollars ypu wouldn't thing it come broke

I’m having trouble with a lot of water leaking out the corners. Customer service is not trying to help meThey are giving me the run around.

Bought this incubator to replace three small foam incubators. Already have hatched several hundred eggs with different species of birds hatched and different times. Quality is amazing. Post hatch, ease of cleaning, amazing, spray out with hose. Noise is minimal, we do have hard water that causes calcium to build up on the fan, but easily cleaned. Will buy more
