A Tasty Snack That Supports Digestion and Hormonal Balance
I’ve been snacking on Mavuno Harvest Papaya Dried Fruit for almost a year now, and it’s become a regular in my kitchen. I like that it’s just pure papaya—organic, non-GMO, no added sugar, nothing weird. It’s naturally sweet, and I can enjoy it without feeling like I’m overdoing it.One of the reasons I keep coming back to it is how good it makes me feel, especially with digestion. Papaya has natural enzymes like papain that really help when things feel a little off. That’s been especially helpful for me while dealing with hormone changes. In many Asian cultures, papaya is seen as more than just a fruit—it’s often used to support skin and hormone health, especially as we get older. It’s believed to help with estrogen balance and healthy aging, and honestly, I think there’s something to that. I just feel more steady and less weighed down when I’ve been eating it regularly. The bag is resealable, the portion size is generous, and it travels well. It’s one of the few snacks I keep on hand that actually makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself—without overthinking it.I’ll definitely keep buying it. It’s simple, it tastes great, and it quietly supports the things that matter to me.

Somewhat tasty, soft dried, but not worth the cost
Mavuno Harvest Organic Dried Fruit Variety Pack | Dried Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Banana, Jackfruit, & Tropical Mix | Healthy, Vegan, No Sugar Added, Non GMO Snacks for Kids & Adults | 2 Ounce, 6 PackI finally finished the last of these packages, so I felt a need to rewrite parts of my review.I eat fruit almost everyday, and dried fruit for me is an easy way to get the fruit into my diet. I have a few flavors that are my favorites but I like to try different brands and different flavors from time to time. Preferencing that, here is my review on this assortment, and please keep in mind, I give very few one star reviews- but this product deserves it, and this is why.The dried fruit comes in attractive retail packages with bright colors and vibrant pictures on the outside. Each pack is the rip-off style of opening with a press and seal closure, in case you don't eat all of it right away. The packages are pretty and pleasing to look at.That's where the fun ends with this product.Inside the bag, is a small amount of dried fruit that is a medium to dark brown color and unattractive to look at. The smell is very vaguely of the fruit that's in the container. You don't get an intense fruit smell from these, it's very subdued. Understanding that these are dried fruit, and fruit shrivel and become desiccated as they dry, these still look sad. Brown and leathery looking. I gave it a shot anyway, but taste wise, they're not that great. They're okay, but not great. There is a small amount of flavor, and the fruit pieces are very hard to chew. Once you get to chewing, and your saliva kicks in then you can get some flavor out of these. With the unattractive and unfavorable appearance of these fruits, paired with poor taste and adding the extremely high cost, I absolutely cannot recommend these. I wanted to try something different- but please take heed of my words, don't do this to yourself, and waste your money as I did.

Yum! The Natural Touch.
I skipped this at first after reading someone’s review and looking at pictures posted. I ended up ordered a sweet coconut shred, it was not for me. And, I do not bake, I hike so I had no need for it, I have ordered a glazed slice(s) Trader Joe’s which are good. But after awhile it became to sweet. This is naturally sweet, it tastes like opening a real coconut and slicing a bit and letting it dry. I have had the real coconut, not dried, because I could not wait, but this is so close to it that it brings me back to that fun day. I mix this with unsweetened cranberries , raw almond & pecans and it’s yum!

Organic dried pineapple.
The pineapple is so different from GMO. Definate less sugar taste. However, I’m not unhappy. I’m so trying to stay away from harmful added ingredients. It’s looks & taste is completely different, but Healthier!!!!

Delicious, regardless of how they look
Lots of comments have indicated the dried pineapple looks and/or smells bad. I'm the first to throw food/liquids out if they don't pass the smell test, but I've not had a bad batch in the last half dozen bags I've gotten. The current bag contains much darker product, but they smell and taste similar to previous bags. I've done a bit of research on how regular, untreated pineapple and other fruits appear once dried, and thus far am trusting this product. I recommend.

READ 1 star reviews!
It's not as pictured on Amazon. The ad shows thicker pieces so I was excited! Everyone should read the 1 star reviews.I wish I had. The package of coconut slices I get at a local store has pieces twice as thick and look like this ads photo, but they run out so I wanted to try this bag. My excitement was thwarted as I opened the bag to see the coconut is sliced very very thin. It still has the brown skin, which is good, but it is soooo thin. I will eat it and continue in my search from a reputable company. I've read they don't respond but I might try anyway. If they would slice this twice as thick, it would be great. Not sure if really organic as only 1-6% of companies who claim to be organic outside of the USA are not inspected, even though the label says they are. USA farmers suffer from overseas sellers who falsely claim their products are organic, and sell them cheaper. So, we gullible customers eat deadly spray on a lot of fake organics, if from outside the USA. Buyer beware. As of 5/15/25, still no response from the company, and I've left phone messages, too.

Dehydrated fruits
I used it for my DIY hot sauce kit. The mangos and pineapple and coconut added a little fruitful sweetness to my spicy concoction! The coconut wasn’t as strong of an odor that I was expecting although the mango and pineapple smelled the same like the fruit .
