I’m doing a hula hooping Macmillan challenge in July and had to replace my evil heavy lumpy bruisey hoop.Disclaimer: I am not an expert hopperThis is self assembly and easy. How some other reviewers required instructions or couldn’t do it I’ll ever know. The last join is tricky and required some harrumphing to lock in place so I switched with another join and it was easier. The foam does “ride” a little way from the metal joins but it’s easy to move back and I’ve not had any pinching.I thought the instruction do not hula hoop in lightening was funny but I guess sensible given that it’s aluminium!It doesn’t have any weights but you could add sand/ball bearings if you wanted but it’s heavy enough so beware if it hits your hand or wrist, which mine always seems to do.I haven’t dismantled it yet. It didn’t come with a bag. I’d say too heavy and big for children. This is definitely an adult hoop.I’m very happy with it

No instructions inside. Sponge does not fit all the way round which has caused knocking on hips and bruising. Wouldn't know if I've assembled it incorrectly (not sure how I would) as there's no instructions! I know it's cheap but I now have a bruised hip and can't use it.There's also no way to contact the seller so I had to write the review

As expected, does the job. Fine .

Very easy to put together. Looks durable too.
