Great product , good seller refunds when required
This is my second one as the first one tripped electric and wouldn’t work after that I was given a refund this one is fine so far , there nice and big to do 4 toasties or 3 paninis

Broke after 7 weeks of casual use (3 to 4 times a week)
Unfortunately the heating element seems to have broken after 7 weeks of use, it was chosen by myself due to its reviews, Unfortunately though today it has stopped working, we changed the fuse to check if that was the cause however the fuse is fine and the new fuse still didn't fix the issue.Its a shame as it was fast heating and great at its job until it broke. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product

Certainly easy to clean and use
Although this Panini maker was easy to use and easy to clean, it simply stopped working after just 2 months of use! This was not being over used...... It was used only 6 times ! Initially I thought it might be the fuse in the plug, but it turned out not to be this.According to a negative customer review I read, which unfortunately I didn't notice initially, the machine packed up within a couple of months and there was no refund! I think I should read the negative reviews first in future.
