Best I found/ easy convenience

Love this! It’s easy to read and very detailed doesn’t give you that hard to understand healthcare lingo, so it’s perfect for someone like myself that is a caregiver to a loved one with dementia at home.

Great to log daily care.
My mother in-law need in home care after a fall and surgery. There were multiple care givers everyday. This log book was an inexpensive way us caregivers could log her care and keep in touch with each other.
