I suffer from cancer treatment myopathy in my left hand, and no medication would help the painful burning stinging sensation. Out of desperation, I purchased this glove and man what a game changer! I place it in the refrigerator so that it gets cold and place it on my hand, and after just a few minutes, it calms the nerves down.Also, the weight and compression of the glove is soothing. I just purchased a second one so that I can have one being cool down in the refrigerator while I’m using the other. The only downfall if there is one at all, is I wish that it stayed cool longer.

I use this brand a lot, but this was the first time I used one with the Velcro strap. I just received it yesterday afternoon and the stitching is coming off already. My husband noted was since it's strong Velcro, you have to use a lot of force to readjust which ends with the stitching at the end (where the Velcro is) to start tear. So, if you do have pain in your hands and it hurts to move your fingers, you'd have to ask someone to help you out (I have to ask my husband every time to help me).Other than that this works so well! It does ease the pain i have in my hands and wrists and I'm considering getting another one for my other hand as well. This isn't a pair, it's just comes with the one compression glove. I do prefer their slip on products better than this one with the Velcro.

I like the fact that these all full finger gloves.These gloves are able to give comfort to the whole hand at once.It fits snug so the heat is able to penetrate on both sides.

I’m a mailman for USPS. This job is extremely demanding on the hands. I use these gloves to help with pain and inflammation. Heads up they run big. I’d get 1 size smaller than you expect.

I’m a massage therapist these help tremendously for pain and inflammation in wrists and fingers. I’ve recommended them to all my coworkers.I have to say they are extremely cold when you first put it on, but man the relief is worth it. I have noticed some gel coming out of mine. I’ve only had it for a month. I had to use it 6-8 times a day for a week and then progressively less from then down to once or twice a day now. I also throw it in my backpack for traveling so maybe I’ve abused mine a little more than their made for. Anyway these gloves are AWESOME and relieving.

Without question the best ice-pack for hands I have ever used. I use them straight out of the chest freezer on bare skin every morning for the cold part of my hot/cold routine.ProThey get good and cold and stay that way for about 1/2 hour.Complete coverage of hand and wrist. And of course you can do stuff in the meantime.ConThey do take a couple hours to get cold, so if you're doing a 20 on, 20 off routine you may need a few more gloves.I don't use them for heat. When microwaved they get real hot, real fast, controlling that has been tricky. The bigger problem is that they are prone to hot spots, very hot. I have used every kind lf glove to moderate the problem but they just get way too hot in spots at random. The heat seems to be migrating through the material.The velcro is waaaaay to aggressive, I could hang my car from a utility pole with this stuff. The velcro and elastic are arguably pointlesd because the gel and spsndex stretch so much that a sewn up wrist is no problem. That's what I did to mine.In the end I bought them for cold treatmrnt and that's their strongest point.

I love this glove! Very comfortable and my fingers do not swell as much. I wear this everyday for 8 hours and it gives me alot of comfort for my condition. Highly recommend.

After spending a day in the fridge, I got 15 minutes of cool out of it. This glove works good but honestly, I think it should last a little bit longer than 15 minutes
