Zipper broke
Cute backpack, it only has one main zipper compartmentand no water bottle holders on the sides, but my son loved it. Until the zipper broke on the 3rd morning of school before we even left the house. So he only got to use it 2 days.

Not the water bottle shown
The water bottle that comes with it is flat. It also says you cannot wash with soap. Gross! Nothing in the description would suggest this was the style as it shows a different water bottle in the picture and says black water bottle.

Disappointed. I do not want a replacement !!! It is poorly made
This backpack is poorly made and I do not want a replacement. The zipper is coming unraveled and falling apart. I will be returning it and request a full refund back to my card .

The extras were not as pictured so grandson was disappointed when he opened it. Water bottle was just a flat plastic. Back pack works good
