Q: Where can I purchase more fluff? Got mine and added the extra fluff and pillows are still flat.

Purchased three of theses pillows and not two are the same. One of the pillows came with plenty of filling. Didn’t have to add extra filling. The second one had to add some of the filling but had to return because of yellow spots. Ordered another one got it two days ago and added the whole bag of filling and it’s still not full. Would need to add more filling . My question is why are the pillows not the same? I will call on Monday for more filling. If not I will return it.

It's been great! finding pillows has been a challenge because of cpap and side sleeping. Needed something i can really mold into shape. I previously used to just use a blanket because i could never find a pillow that worked for me. I actually have enough left over fill for a 2nd pillow in fact.

Q: Can you put pillow in dryer to refluff?

The instruction comes with the product and it says to put in a dryer with a dryer ball in a low heat setting for a couple minutes if necessary. However I didn't need to do so. It's already fluffy ☺

Q: How is the pillow shipped? Does it come in a box?

The pillow itself is wrapped tightly in plastic but shipped in a gorgeous heavy box that you can store your extra filling that comes included or if you choose to take some of the filling out. It's one of those boxes that you don't want to throw away!
