Amazing product! I am surprised at some of the negative reviews, describing layers of cloudy finish flaming and chipping off. I suspect that this is due to overuse and/or incorrect application. I will share how I applied this product and details on my floors. It has been the best thing I have done for my hardwoods!My floors- oak hardwoods original to my 1993 home. Sealed with what appears to be a regular oil based polyurethane. Floors are starting to show some wear and tear. They are not to the point where refinishing is necessary, but I do have many scratches, and a few pits and warping. Most of all, they were getting hard to keep clean. I read several very favorable reviews of this product on blogs and websites and decided to give it a try.The process: I followed the instructions to the letter. I made sure my floors were perfectly clean and dry by vacuuming, sweeping with a dust mop, mopping with bona cleaner, allowing that to dry overnight, then in the morning, dry dust mopping again. I was now ready to apply the Floor Finish!It sprays on and I used an o cedar flat microfiber mop to spread it. This did ruin the mop head, so when I do it again I will use an old one. I had to work fast. The product has a strong odor, not as bad as poly or paint, but more so than a floor cleaner. I opened my windows. I “painted myself out” as you are not supposed to step on it until it cures for several hours. I did this process in the morning after my husband and kids left for work and school. The instructions stated that it was acceptable to apply a second coat. I decided not to do this. After three or four hours, I replaced furniture and walked on it. It took me about one hour max to apply to approx 500SF of wood flooring. Honestly, the prep took much longer.The results: the floors immediately looked shiny and lustrous! They weren’t quite slippery. This lasted for a couple weeks. Even more important to me than how they looked, was how they “repelled” dirt and dust. As I had hoped, they stay cleaner. I don’t have to scrub in the wood grain to keep my floors clean any longer. I can just vacuum or sweep, and other than the kitchen, I mop once a week or so. That’s it!This was back in May and it’s now August. I haven’t yet reapplied the Floor Finish. The blog reviews I mentioned earlier with good results, talked about reapplication around a couple/few months. When I do reapply, I will make sure to use the Deep Cleaner as recommended by Holloway House to remove what’s left of this Floor Finish. I have to guess that those who had trouble with this product either were using it as incorrectly a cleaning product much too often, and/or have a different type of flooring than mine.I can confidently say that this product is worth the price and then some - I would have paid five times that - and though the application process was a pain, it was worth it in the long run because I have saved an hour or two a week in cleaning my floors over a period of three months now.

Looks fantastic on my sheet vinyl floor ! Very easy to use. Just sweep and mop your floor . Let your floor dry completely ! Then just shake the bottle well and sprinkle small amounts of the liquid on your floor evenly and just apply with a separate mop using smooth even strokes. Allow to dry and repeat to add additional wax coates 3 Coates looks awesome but one coat looks good too ! This product is actually fun and addictive to use ! I look forward to cleaning my kitchen floor now ! Weird huh !!!

This quick shine floor finish polish is the "Bees Knees"...i must say this stuff is Simply MARVELOUS!!!. I was kinda skeptical at first bc of the reviews I read but decided to try it anyways. The key to a beautiful finish is that your floor must be cleaned thoroughly...ppl make the mistake of NOT cleaning their floors thoroughly which makes the difference. Also a micro fiber or sponge mop vs. a ole skool string hand ring out mop will work much better[ believe me]the micro fiber mop promotes the high gloss finish...I've tried both mops nd this is how I've determined the results. My floor is also vinyl not hard wood but I truly believe the results will not differ if you follow the label directions accordingly. I hope this review helps...G😁😁D LUCK!!!

This stuff works great. Clean your floor and be sure to get all lint, hair and dirt so it doesn’t get sealed in. Follow the instructions to the tee, and let it dry for an hour before walking on it. Wow, this stuff holds a shine. Just don’t clean the floor, other than dry mopping, and the shine will last a long time. The more you clean with cleaner, the quicker the shine will dissapesr

This stuff leaves a very high gloss shine. It's beautiful and it seals so well. It last longer than the Lundmark Wax I was using. I purchased because I was so impressed with other reviewer pictures and comments; Thank you. It really does make our old hardwood floors look great. Our home is over 100 years old. Our floor were refinished about 40 years ago It really does make our old hardwood floor look great. They look beautiful.While not recommend by manufacturer, I use on our hardwood floors. The shine last a long time and instead of discoloring when the floor gets wet. This product repels water. The water beads. We have a dog. When he peed on the floor. I moped it up with bleach water and the floor kept it's high gloss shine. No discoloration or film. Some have complained of it streaking on hardwood. I use a mop to apply; one of those mops with a cloth like mop head. It does a great job.Also, I use in kitchen on the ceramic tile floor. Again, it does a great job and adds a nice sheen that holds up to frequent mopping. A sponge mop does a better job on the ceramic floor.For anyone that wants this manufacturers product specifically for hardwood floors...they have one available. I've tried both and this one does a much better job of bring old wood and scarred floors back to beauty.

The shine is beautiful and there are no scratches. Happy we decided to get this product.
