It worked great the first week or so and now it says connected , but I can’t hear anything , and people can’t hear me either.

I had these officially a year before they kicked the bucket. Electrical wiring went out first on the left side rendering them unusable in an office environment. Sound went out, but microphone continued to work.Pros:* Decent, immersive sound quality for music, and office applications such as Teams and Zoom. Not totally noise canceling though, so you can still hear your surroundings if sudden noise.Cons:* Very snug and squeezes your head/hurts your ears after long periods of use.* Not good sound quality for phone applications such as Ring.* Side that houses controls was the first to stop working.* Charging takes hours and the device cannot be used while charging; this is why you only get a foot long charging cable with it.Overall, price reflects quality
