Quit working 1st day. Tried to return ups never showed for pick up

I recently purchased, and have been happily using, a ulefone Note 6T smartphone. Before buying I looked for helpful/detailed reviews, but there were few to be found.Things I like about the Note 6T include the use of Android 12 and the responsiveness of the phone. While it takes time to start from a “power off” state once it is going it is good. I particularly like the light weight of the phone, but the included transparent protective silicon case seems heavy and so I’ve ordered a thin one in matte black which will hopefully be lighter.The battery, which while not the largest, seems adequate for the job. Another thing I like is the size of the phone at 6.1" which, for me, is just right. I don’t like large phones at 6.5" and more.I went to the ulefone website to look for a User Manual but all that was available was the Quick Guide, which is included in the phone package. I also looked at the website page for Software Download which provided a Guide and ROM. Although I have done such an upgrade in the past for my system BIOS, this seems like a complex and possibly problematic process for the average user.In a very prompt response service at ulefone said that: “If there is an update, we will push the wireless upgrade, you can continue to pay attention to the upgrade information.” I assume a wireless upgrade is dealing with the ROM because phone users can look in Settings, then System, and System updates which, for me, indicates that my Note 6T is version 6T_SH1_V01_20220714-1724. If this refers to just last July 14th 2022, then this is quite good.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase for the reasons noted in this review.

The media could not be loaded.  EXCELLENT!!! I like how light and slender the phone is, the perfect size for my wallet, I love that it's dual sim which allows me to now carry around 1 phone instead of 2, I appreciate that they also included a phone case in the package, although the case could have been a bit more sturdy, they could have also added an earphone to the package, I have no problem with the phone as of yet it works wonderfully, the picture quality it good enough and very clear, the battery life is also very good and lasting,I guess it also depends on the user of the phone in regards to how often they use the phone,, overall the phone is inexpensive and performs it's duties accordingly…it's definitely worth the price!

It is not what I expected it's okay for a child's phone you can put different scan disk in it I was looking for a real phone not a beginner's phone

Easy to use. Updated Android. I like this phone.

Out of box, works great, the phone even auto set up my apns and I'm on a off brand carrier, was impressed, and phone quality is very good

Bought this phone and the screen has gone black. Very disappointed

My husband is quite happy with this phone except that we cannot disable or mute one of the settings called Duraspeed. This is not the fault of the phone though, so can't lay fault with that. The only down side we have seen with the phone is battery life. Hubby doesn't use it much, but it has to be charged nightly. Otherwise, it is a good deal.

It is perfect for a child.
