I've been using this mini split for a few weeks now, and it’s been working great. It cools my room quickly and keeps the temperature consistent. The heating function also works well — perfect for year-round use. It’s quiet when running, and the remote makes it easy to adjust settings. Installation was straightforward with some help. Overall, this unit is efficient and does exactly what I needed for my space. Definitely recommend for rooms around 400-450 sq. ft.

It has performed great for a couple of months. I was concern that the noise from the outside unit would be high because we set it right outside on our bedroom . To my surprise, the outside unit is almost silent. We've had multiple 100+ degree weather almost all month and the unit has preformed great! we keep it at 74. Anything lower makes the room too cold, yep is that good. The only downside, is the remote. The instructions are not very clear specially when trying to set the timer. That is is the only down side. But other than that, we are very happy with the purchase so far. Installation was standard, meaning nothing different from every other unit, brand or size. For the installation you will multiple additional tools. but again, this goes for every other unit regardless of the brand etc. The air flow form the inside unit is great. The noise is similar to an standard fan. Overall, very happy with the quality of the unit.

Efficiency is great!Hasn't touched the bill for electric almost a few dollars but 65% save per year is awesome mini split!Naturally that depends on how high the seer or seer2 is but this R32 freon is cooling very well!Simple to install!Simple to operate and works very well!

I purchased 2 12,000btu units, (110v) and that arrived on time. The boxes were a little damaged but the units were not damaged. The first unit took about 6 hours to install and vacuum and I previously had a power source in place. The second unit took about 4 hours. They were installed early January 2025. My power bill previously was running $300-$400 per month. The first cycle bill after installation was about $250 in the winter and we had a few nightsin the upper 20’s and they heated fine. Fast forward to mid July and in the 90’s I’ve had my lowest bill so far at $156. So yes, I’m well pleased with them! They’ll pay for themselves at this rate within the year. And how much square footage do I heat and cool, 1156 square feet. I installed one on one end of the house and the second on the other end of the house and they balance the home fairly well. Very pleased!

I had the mini split installed in my garage and it has made a huge difference. This unit absolutely delivers.It kept the garage warm all winter, which allowed me to keep working out and doing DIY projects. Now that it is warmer, the cooling is just as fast and effective. It is also incredibly quiet.Installation was smooth. I hired a professional, but it looked DIY friendly with clear instructions. The system looks sleek on the wall and does not take up much space. I also love the smart features. It works with Alexa and has a remote, which makes it even more convenient to use.

We have 2 of these units, which we have been using for over a year, and can't say enough good things! They work beautifully and keep our home cool in the hot summer heat and the heating option is nice on those days when you need a little extra warmth. Installation wasn't bad and took my husband, who is an electrician, a little over 2 hours to complete.

I was off to a bad start, the wrong outside unit was shipped, a quick call to customer service and a short chat with a pleasant representative and the correct part was on the way. The install went well, and the unit is unbelievably quiet, much better than I had hoped for. I was remembering split units as irritatingly loud, this unit rewrites those preconceptions.

I bought three of these during Black Friday sales 11/2024, but didn’t get them installed until last week.So far, the unit is functioning as it should and managed to keep my shipping container house cooled down from SW desert 105 outside temp to a pleasant 85 degrees.I did pay a pro to install this, but turns out I could have done a better job. They installed the drain pipe on an incline. It started leaking from the front after a few daysCostway was more than helpful while I was troubleshooting. Using a photo they sent me off the back of the unit, I managed to figure out how to get the cover plate off without so I didn’t have to lift the indoor unit off the wall.With a dual issue of a pinhole in the drain line, Costway shipped out a new drain line as soon as they saw what was happening via video.I hope the other two units I have go smoother, but I can’t fault the company for the install issues!I’ve sent friends here to buy this model. Totally worth the price.Get a vacuum and do the install yourself.
