If you don't have a lot to spend but you really need to get your dog under control, this is what you need. Cheaper isn't always the best but this works great. It's adjustable, I never had a problem with water so it may be waterproof. My dogs did chew it so it's not durable for dogs. Take it off a night and you should be fine. Noise level is perfect for dog to hear.

As of this posting my overall review of this product is very good. I would recommend it to others looking for something to assist in training your pets.Battery The battery life if the remote is fantastic. However the battery life of the collars is about 24ish hrs with no use and about a constant 18hrs with moderate use of the vibration feature and tone.Vibration featureThe vibration feature has 9 levels and works well to distract my dogs when a situation arises.Tone featureThe tone feature is very helpful when trying to assist with basic commands like come sit stay. A bonus feature is when you press and hold down the tone button it becomes an SOS tone. One negative feature is you can’t adjust the tone level but the overall level is good just wish it was able to be a bit louder.Shock featureas of this time of the review I have not tested the shock feature. The pack came with two different extensions for the shock probes and silicone covers for the probes so it will not inadvertently shock the dogs even if the button is pressed. The sensitivity for the shock goes from 0 to 100. since I have not tested this feature I don’t know what affect this has the battery life.RemoteThe remote has a very good battery life and one set up is very easy to use. I have not been able to test the full extent of the range but within the house I’m able to ping any of the dogs when needed.Charging cableThe charging cable that came with the pack is magnetic what is a special cable so I would have to purchase another of that type to charge the callers. in my opinion this is a con because I can’t use a standard type of charging cable and if the cable got damaged I would have to purchase a replacement.dog collaroverall I would say they’re good. The nylon quality is lacking. my dog was able to chew on one of the strands and cut through it in 1 to 2 bites. but once everything is fitted it works great.

My dog has really bad habits on chewing on things and peeing anywhere. I have never used these but he was determined to run the house as he pleased. I use the noise and the vibration on him and it worked! Noise as a warning then vibration if he continued. He learned quickly what was okay and what wasn't. The shock is rare but I have used it maybe 3 to 4 times. I havnt used it anymore other then the noise and vibration when it's needed but he learned fast and he's such a great boy now. I recommend for training purposes only when needed not for every day use.

This being the fifth one that I bought love it the problem is we have a pitbull and he is definitely a farm dog he gets stuck in the fence and usually that's where we find the collar

The price is very good and quality is great! Remote and collars stay charged for a very long time. The only thing I would recommend is to include 2 remotes instead of one because we have two puppies we are trying to train and it’s too much trying to switch between the two. Other than that, love the product.

I have purchased this shock collar two times now. It works great for keeping our dog in the yard. I love the beep and vibrate options so I do not have to shock him.

I've gone through 3 of these now, it's the only collar that I've found that works effectively with dogs with an undercoat however the quality of the clip (as other reviews stated) is terrible, and that part has broken every time. 3 in a year isn't terrible, but quality assurance needs to be implemented better.

The collars are super adjustable so they fit dogs of all sizes big and small so that’s great. I bought the 2 collars with one remote. I’m using them on puppies and find it difficult when you are trying to get the remote to change to the other dog quickly. I should have opted for two removes or there should be some kind of push button from dog 1 to dog 2. I also wish the remote had a belt clip on it. I don’t usually have pockets and find I am trying to remember where I set it down and have to rush to that area as we have a big yard. The beep and vibrate and shock seem to work great. I do wish that the color would also beep when it shocked just so you could beep the dog once so the get a warning and then when the second beep comes they will know it’s gonna be with a shock or something of that nature. Other then those after thoughts the product works well. I actually ordered a set and it came with a defective collar that stopped working but the company sent me a replacement one right away. The replacement has been totally fine. They are water proof and that’s great as well because my puppies like the water. All in all I would recommend this product!

Vibration is enough to control the dog as you only need to distract it from what it is doing ignoring your commands. Only time when I had to press the shock button is when dog went bananas and chased neighbors cat. Dog understood it from the fist time and now I dont' even need to turn it on lol.
