I ordered this product expecting the key shaped USB drive similar to the destruct usb drive I have but when it arrived, I was shocked to see it was a standard USB drive. The key shape was one of the major reasons I ordered the product.

Utilice 2 laptops Dell Latitude 3510 para la prueba, una con Windows 10 y otra con Windows 11.Habilite el Boot USB como primario, aparenta que iniciará pero la pantalla se queda en color negro. Luego de esperar de 5-7 minutos sin resultados, el sistema operativo Windows inicia normalmente.Otra cosa que hice fue encender la laptop, después de esperar 3 o 4 minutos sin resultados removí Key Pro II y el sistema operativo Windows iniciaba inmediatamente. Es como que intenta leer el USB pero nunca inicia.Hace unos años había utilizado la otra versión de Key Pro II y me funcionó muy bien. Puede ser algo particular en este USB.

Bought this few weeks ago. I tried it on 4 dell laptops and no results. Tried it on compac same deal still lockedtried 2 more units and same results STILL LOCKED. REVIEWED SITE FOR HELP AND STILL NO WORKY. DIDNT DEAL WITH SUPPORT AS THE UNIT SHOULD HAVE ALL INSTUCTIONS WHEN DEL. All in all wasted funds to buy and now about 4 hrs trying and 1/2 to review items 4.5 hours of my life I can’t get back fooling with this item.

Every time I plugged it in it always said it wasn’t a password key. And I used it on Dell for Microsoft. It was a waist of money and my time

The key did nothing when I tried to recover my password!!

Didn’t work nothing happened won’t recommend

You can do this from the advanced boot options. Just press the shift key can click the power symbol. Then select the reset from system image . It will erase the programs on their but not the files if done properly. There should be a save personal.
