Good and Effective
Heats water in exact 5.5 to 6 minutes during extreme winter.Normal days it takes little less time.Perfect for bathroom (little big for kitchen).Very light weight and compact.

Heater problem.
Water heater purchased in Nov 2022. As we were out of town for 4 months, after returning on Sep 2024 the heater is not working properly.Some days it starts with repeated on off some days it doesn't.Would like a company mechanic to check.Just 2 ppl using it only in winter.

Worst Product & Pathetic Service ā Avoid Crompton Geysers!
I regret buying this geyser! Within a short time, it started leaking water, making it completely unreliable. But the biggest issue is Crompton's terrible customer service ā they don't pick up calls, don't respond properly, and never send a technician to fix the issue, even after multiple complaints.Raising service requests is pointless because no one actually comes to resolve the problem. If you want a geyser that works and a brand that cares about its customers, stay away from Crompton. This has been a complete waste of money and time. Not recommended at all!

Like the product but service is worst
Purchased that 1year back, the tank defected due water lickage inside. Reported almost 1month back, engg visited early, but replacement not happened till date.

Good Product
This is a fantastic geyser.Pros -1. It gives you instant hot water in 1 minute in running water and it 5 mins to heat up the fully loaded tank for use.2. Easy to install if you have already done the water and electric line for the geyser.3. Compact size.4. 4 step safety features with auto cut and two indicators for easy understanding of functionality.Cons -1. It didn't come up with inlet outlet pipe. You have to buy it separately.2. Brand will not give you any installation or demo for the very product.3. Tank size is very small compared with the body itself.4. (Don't know about others but in my experience) This product don't have any reset switch.
