The media could not be loaded. My old fireplace burned out so I purchased this unit as a replacement. It was perfect for our space. Has three heat settings, timer, color changing and looks great. Best upgrade for our RV so far. It was easy to install, and it has a quality feel. It functions as advertised, has 5 different Brightness settings, all controlled via a remote control from your chair. This really is much better than we anticipated.

It was very easy to install and looks great. Most importantly, it warms the room quickly and setting the thermostat works perfectly! An amazing value for the money. Remote control is a great feature. The color and brightness of the flames can be changed to suit the mood.

Beaitiful in my fireplace. Works great and gives a lot of heat. The colors are nice and the ability to raise the flames. I love not having the old fireplace we couldn't use.

We got the 36inch & This unit is the perfect size. We prebuilt our mantle before the fireplace arrived and the dimensions they give are spot on. For reference: our mantle is 5 feet long and the body the fireplace is in is 4 feet wide. The remote is nice and takes 2 AAA batteries. The flames are pretty and it has multiple color patterns for whatever mood you are in. It does not produce hardly any sound and the quality is great! This was a little heavy but not so heavy that I couldn’t carry it in the house. My husband had no issues installing it. The only thing that threw us off is that the power cord comes out of the side instead of the back. All in all, I am so happy with my purchase!

This is the second insert I've bought in the past few years. I built a fireplace with a 48" insert that performed great, and then we moved. I just built another fireplace with this 50" insert, and here are my findings:The heat output is great. Some customers complain about the sound of the blower, but to me, I WANT to hear the blower; that tells me it's working and throwing the heat throughout the room. To me, that's not a place to knock the insert.Removing the glass face is not easy or convenient. The screws that hold it in place are on the side of the unit, so you will have to pull the unit out of your fireplace an inch or two to access the screws to remove the glass face. It's not impossible, but it isn't convenient. Other inserts, like the one I had before, had access to the screws through the front of the insert.This is an incredibly slim insert, making it ideal for those of us who didn't want to build out a huge structure.What I wasn't as crazy about is the aesthetics: the "flames" don't go very high. In fact, they don't venture much higher than halfway. This isn't a huge deal, but something I noticed immediately as a big difference from my last insert. Another thing I'm not crazy about is how clearly the blower can be seen through the front of the insert. Look at everyone's pictures, and you'll see what I'm talking about - there's a shadow in the middle at the top of the insert which takes away from the realistic look of the insert.I don't use them, but there are great color options. Although some people complain about the range of the remote, I don't experience that issue. I am able to easily control the insert with my remote.The depth of the "fire bed" is very shallow as well. Other inserts allow you to manipulate the logs and use crystals as well. This is an either or option - the logs are a one-piece unit and there isn't any additional room to add the crystals. I'm thinking about looking into other options for the logs - I prefer the more realistic look of separated logs rather than a whole one-piece unit. Something that IS good about the fire bed is the lighting beneath. When lit, the underglow is impressing and quite realistic - this exceeds my previous insert.All around - I'd say this is a great product. I was initially displeased, but now that I've lived with it for a couple of weeks, I've grown to enjoy it. I use it every evening as I wind down and each morning as I drink my coffee and gear up for the day. I would recommend this product.

My bedroom is in the lower part of the house and, as I am always colder than others in the house, I need something for some additional warmth. I purchased the 40" Electric Fireplace based off of reviews. The shipping was fast and everything was delivered as expected. I mounted this between two windows and what folks were saying about the fire looking realistic is accurate. It's beautiful. The remote that it comes with allows to cycle through the different colors. It doesn't have a memory on color settings so after the unit is off, you will then have to cycle through the colors again to select your preference. There is a setting that you can select that will auto cycle the colors. Heat output is great. I was able to turn on the fireplace, set at 70 and confirm that the unit cuts off the heat once it reaches 70 and will come back on if it gets cooler. There is also a timer to shut the unit off as well. Overall I am really pleased with the price, form and function of this and so glad I purchased this.

Easy to install, warm and cozy with lots of options and enjoy the two options for wood or gems.

Im in love & I have this one in my bedroom it gives a nice ambiance & romantic vibe to my already romantic felt bedroom but this took it to the next level I was going for in my bedroom. I love all the color changing functions. Im not really a heat person but the heat functions do work very well and gives out alot of heat. So i know it will probably be something if it gets cold enough i may use it then....just not now. But i would have loved one on my livingroom as well but i already have a fireplace so that wasn't going to work. But I did decide to purchase a 2nd one for my entry walk way into my home to give that nice inviting feel when ppl come in. Cause I'm a nail tech and I work from home and the flames are so bright & colorful my clients will love to look at it & be in Awwww....Cause It does gives a calming feeling as well. It also has a timer were you can set it to turn off so you don't forget. I thought that was pretty cool too. It literally has everything you need and more. SoStop thinking JUST BUY IT. I will take another video and post it once i get the other one to go in my walkway.
