It’s A Huge Help! Buy It With Confidence!
Let’s just say this is GREAT. For the price the sling works great. It fits comfortably and its slides on no problem. Extremely easy to use.I recently had neck surgery and doing pushups were damn near impossible. With this sling it’s made it easier for me to do some. It’s a start and hopefully over time and with this aid I can get back to doing pushups on my own again.

Not bad but not good
Excellent for beginners and people working through minor mechanical injuries. HORRIBLE for anyone training progressive overloading. Excellent price for what you get.

Simple and amazing
I've been training heavily for the last 30yrs. In the process, I've wrecked my shoulder to the tune of 5 surgeries for various torn ligament. Now I face a total shoulder replacement. I push through a lot of pain when training chest but can't seem to get over the pain from benching. Decided to try this on a whim and it is revolutionary for me. Saves my shoulders
I've had both shoulders operated on. This let's me bench over 250 with very limited shoulder pain. It works great with the barbell or dumbbells
