Great filter. Had this filter prior for at least 5 years in our turtle pond and got a new one as it died out. The new one is running great and does a great job keeping the pond clean. My husband said it is easy to clean. I like the fountain effect and the lights at night. Great pump worth the money.

This pump and filter are amazing. Our water is crystal clear. We even had some plant issues and our whole liner was caked with algae and debris and the water is as clear as it gets. I only wish they made the next bigger size in this model, and make an easy replacement set for filters.

Cleared up the algae green water in my pond in about a week. If you have a similar situation, I recommend you run it for several days and then clean the filters. Though more expensive, the filters on this unit are much easier to clean than the CNZ All-In-One unit I had before. Deducting a star because of expense. Handle carefully and don't over tighten the connections which might break the cheap plastic parts. Instructions were vague and images didn't match the unit exactly. There was a sleeve connector attached at the bottom of the fountain tube that had to be unscrewed and placed higher to complete assembly.

The media could not be loaded. Why waste consumers time with these products. I have a very tiny pond and even small and I purchase the stronger pump this is a joke. One issue is the auto light won’t stop going in and out. When it turns on the sensor pickups its own light and turns it off and it comes back on and it just won’t stop. See video. Also the pumping power is a joke. It barely pushes water. And no it’s not loose I have a clap on both ends and no leaks. No break in hose (brand new). But please see video cause this is a joke

Starting year 3 - pump and fountainhead run like new. Water is much much cleaner than prior setups that cost more. Really happy- using 900g product for about 700g pond.

I have had this filter in my pond for 4 years and have had zero issues with it. It is actually the second one I've had because the first one was for a smaller pond that was upgraded to a larger pond. The filters and equipment are easy to clean and should be done bi-weekly for best results. Its easy to spray the gunk out of the filter pads and reuse over and over again. Replacement pads are inexpensive and only need to be purchased 1-2x/year.The flow rate is perfect and I love that I can divert the flow to the fountain feature and through a secondary UV filter or another water feature.I would definitely recommend it.

I love this pump and would love to give it 5 stars, however not even 2 months after installing we are having issues with the pump impeller causing the GFI circuit to pop. We can pull up the filter to clean and reset but this shouldn’t be happening. Otherwise the filtration, light and UV filter all work beautifully. Installation also very simple for our 164 gallon pond. I will be looking in to a refund/exchange with the seller.
