Can I use your kit to electrify a Honda big ruckus scooter?
Do you have a 17” hub motor that will fit a 165mm swing arm? It’s for a 1981 honda c70 passport
Do it work with a 48v 1500w battery
How do you program the controller with the usb flash provided? do you need a app or computer?

Ehhh

Can’t use controller in came with… 2 wires not connected to the controller with no instructions on where to connect them… no display and the only display I’ve found compatible to the controller is almost $200 and will take almost two months to receive… I have everything hooked up… it runs… but barely… so far it struggles to get 20mph… and that is using a 5000w sine wave controller… it grinds in the low gear at start but once it gets some speed it stops… overall I’m not impressed and had more speed on my 2000w hub motor

Exactly what I needed

I purchased this to convert an older Kawaskai 90cc Bushmaster to all electric. The 18-inh wheel works perfectly for that application, with a few caveats.1. This kits has NO brakes. You can install a 160-180mm disc rotor to this, but you're very likely going to have to do some fabrication somewhere to get a rear caliper installed. For me, it was a matter of finding the right e-brake caliper and handle that had the proper length in the cable to install it on the left grip. You can't install the disc/brake caliper on the right side (no mounting holes). So, on my bike, left is the rear brake, right is the front brake.2. Unlike a traditional motorcycle wheel, you CAN NOT remove the center bolt from the wheel to install it. This means that you will have to make cutouts in the swingarm in order to get the hub onto the bike. The motor does come with some braces that you can bolt on to add rigidity back to the swing arm after installation. While this seemed okay, the first time I rode it (and it was a BLAST!) the motor torque shifted the braces a little. I added a couple of u-bolts to help keep the swing arm 'tabs' together and now it works great.3. At less than half-throttle, my old 90cc does 30mph EASY. Really easy. Plenty of torque to get up the side of paved hill.4. The twist-grip that I received from the factory fell apart after the first time I put the key in. Thankfully I already had a set of twist grips of a better quality. All other parts were solid.5. The innertube for the tire had a hole in it. Not sure if this was from the factory or what, but it didn't hold air the first time I inflated.All-in-all, this is a solid kit to convert a small/light motorcycle from gas to electric.

Torque monster and Fast AF! Grin factor 10!

My friend and I bought this for a project bike a couple years ago. We set it up on a homemade dyno and set the current limit low. 20 amps. We were limited by our small battery pack on the current we could draw. We attached onto the back of a Redline BMX bike just to try it out. We just made a Dropout adapter out of aluminum plate, so it slide in there and then bolted that up to where the rear tire would go and off we went. It was a bit sketchy. We took it back off and stored it away for a little bit . Finally we put together a prototype bike we liked and we decided to put it on that and take it out for a ride. It didn't have a lot of power and we remembered we had detuned it. It pulled only about as hard as my 20 amp controller but it kept climbing in miles in per hour, just under 40 but it took the whole length of the street to get there, and it was still climbing.. I got out the laptop and software, got back into the controller and reset everything to default, then tried it. Holy moly! My friend just cracked the throttle and it roasted the back tire. Ahh! The smell of burning rubber. We looked at each other and expression on each others face said it all. Holy smokes! I'm glad it was wet and slippery, the bike would have launched across the driveway. We tried it on setting one which went almost 40 something miles an hour but It got there instantly, setting 2 was a little faster and I posted a picture of what happens on setting 3. Make sure you have very good brakes! Also make sure you hook up the throttle disconnect brake lever so when you let your friends ride it, they don't overheat the brakes while they're holding the throttle part way open and braking at the same time. Eventually the brakes get hot enough that they fail and since the motor is very powerful and eventually overpowers the brakes, very bad news ensues. Make sure anyone that rides the bike that you put this on, signs a liability waiver, wears a helmet, and has ridden a motorbike or dirt bike before in the least. This 3000w motor pulls as hard as my '76 Dodge mild 318 V8 truck, and actually beat me in the 60-foot. This is not for the faint of heart nor is it a toy for your young child. You wouldn't buy your sixteen-year-old a Hellcat or Scat Pack Charger or Corvette for their first car would you? Okay maybe if their last name was Andretti, Earnhardt or Petty ;-) .Also I tend to get a lot of bugs in my teeth from the big grin on my face going down the bike trail. Just keep it under 15mph and make sure your bike has pedals if you're going to ride the trails with this motor. It technically is illegal to be on the trail with this motor because of the wattage limit. Please don't be an arse and wreck it for the rest of us, please be polite and respectful on the trails. We have been pointed at a couple of times by "Karen's" and stopped by the police. The officer told them right back, as long as we have pedals (one bike had pedals one had pegs, lol) and keep it under 15 miles an hour we weren't doing anything wrong. He seemed to ignore the one bike without pedals and the big battery pack, and the gnarly 3000w hub motor on it. But we were being respectful and just puttin around at the speed limit or under. We would also have to stop a lot cuz everybody would want to check out my buddy's bike. Mine is a converted Cannondale nothing to see here. But he is a little homemade Cruiser thing and looks cool what's the long Chrome Forks. Now It is my turn to build a cruiser. I bought the 8000 watt Hub motor kit for mine. If the 3000w does 58 something miles an hour what is the 8000 watt motor gonna do? Also the torque from the throttle will snap your back pretty hard so be careful rolling into the throttle if you have any back issues. Threw my back out for a week , of course it didn't stop me from riding the new cheap thrill!See Dick speed on the trail. See Dick ride like a jerk. See the police crack down on everyone and make the laws more stringent because of Dick. Don't be a Dick!Happy Trails and keep the rubber side down!FYI, when you change the settings in the software make sure you go to the page that has the "store parameters" button. You can Change all the parameters you want, but unless you hit that button when you're done, it won't save anything to the controller. Hopefully that'll save you 5 or 10 minutes of a headache. Also you will need some high current discharge rated batteries NOT 18650s! I'm using 200 amp continuous discharge cells, 20S2P. For 72v and 16ah. We rode from Arlington to Machias and back around 32 Mi and still had 25% charge left, riding via the bike trail. We did "Send it" and do a few hard acceleration pulls as well, when no one was looking or around.Great customer service. They made a quick change after we made the order. Changed the Color I think. Its been a mi ute. Ann answered our email almost instantly.

Can not use lcd screen, only bicycle analyst

It just gives a throttle and not any options besides really diving in to rewiring the controller.
