I have used Biofreeze for over 18 years, and it is still my go-to. I particularly like the aerosol. It is a finer mist than the pump spray and seems a bit longer lasting. I can confidently recommend it for joint, and muscle pains. I am currently using it to help with an impinged nerve. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This stuff is better than all the other brands of icy hot etc. works well with my mild to severe pain in my back. The spray is a much better option.

This product works and the smell is not overwhelming. I felt comfortable enough to use before work and before a salon appointment. It is easy to use and starts working immediately.The cooling sensation will numb the pain enough to keep you moving and help you move on with your day without thinking about it!The only reason I rated a 4 vs. 5 star is because it is a wet spray that will drip a bit so I recommend waiting a tick before clothing touches it directly. Totally worth it and more convenient than a lotion, gel or patch.
