The media could not be loaded. This stuff is great!The meat is well within date and had no issues with spoilage. The meat tasted great, and the cheese was alright. The cheese lacked any defining flavor, and was very crumbly on its own. But overall it was a good snack to have!Supplier had their own packaging, and then amazon added packaging on top of their packaging - bag within a bag.. so weird...

This is the BEST summer sausage I've ever had. I was trying to find some summer sausage with cheese in it, which is pretty much impossible, UNLESS it's around Christmas time. Then you have to pay an outrageous price for other things in a bundle, when really all you want is some sticks of summer sausage. This is SO GOOD. I will definitely be buying more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SUMMER SAUSAGE. It is a family owned business, made in America, and to me that is rare now a days, cause most everything is made in China. I'm sorry got off topic. AGAIN THIS IS REALLY GOOD SAUSAGE....😘🤤❤️

Summer sausage was very good, A little drier than I like ,but still good flavor .

This product was perfect to fulfill my desire of summer sausage while also honoring my alpha gal allergy.

I have always ordered my Holiday Sausages from the famous sausage merchants, but this year I decided I didn't want all that filler junk that always goes to waste but drives up the price in the boxed gift sets I've ordered. Luckily in seeking a better option that is more fitting to what I want to serve on my Charcuterie boards, more sausage, less candy and petite fours! I found this delightfully meaty set of 4 different flavors of tempting summer sausages. I am so pleased I did! This was such a better variety of bold flavors and the sausage rolls themselves are really large, and without all those little jars of mustards and wrapped candies that collect but never get eaten.These tempting sausages are perfect for entertaining, parties, Picnics, Football gatherings, etc., or just as a high protein snack. This Deli collection includes 4 tempting flavors of sausages. One is the traditional Beef Summer Sausage, there is also a Garlic Beef Sausage, a Beef & Cheese Sausage, and a Cajun Beef Sausage. Truly more interesting, and unique flavors we crave more than just plain Summer Sausage. The quality is wonderful, and they are fresh and not greasy. These serve well with Cheeses, Crackers, veggies, and all the great offerings you choose to serve with them. These also make great gifts, as a set or separately.This is my new tradition!

I hope the folks that make this summer sausage read this. The search continues for a summer sausage that is NOT spicy. The meat in the turkey sausage is savory and good. BUT the spice overwhelms the taste, burns the mouth and upsets the stomach. Savory and Spicy are two different flavors.Because 25 percent of the population are sensitive, it would be worth making a TRULY mild sausage. Very little garlic, NO powerful peppers or spicy condiments, Savory need not be spicy. I will not buy again, but would happily buy a version of turkey that is mild, savory and NOT spicy.

We ordered the smoked ham roll and it was excellent. The taste is first rate. He make a treat of it every weekend. Our only complaint is that it used to come in two pound rolls but now it is down to twelve ounces. We are willing to pay extra for the two pound rolls but they seem to not be made anymore. Maybe they are rationing the meat or something. Pretty soon they'll be the size of tootsie rolls.

I really wanted to like this. I was looking for a turkey version of fried meat for charcuterie - but this is sadly too poor tasting to eat- it was mushy and and unable to be sliced. I even tried frying it to see if that would improve it, but it just turned into a mush and the taste was just not appetizing. I wish I could report something else, but this was not a good experience for us.
