I ordered the 48 pack 5 oz Starkist tuna in oil, the reason I order it in oil is that it does not have a foul smell, the ones that is pack in water has a kinda foul smell of the ocean water & is a little bit extra salty, it just a difference by customers taste & choice, some like it in oil & some like it in water.The meat are well cut, big chucky pieces, well pack, lots of it in a 5 oz can, that are ready to eat.I usually give it a extra notch, sup-it-up for extra kick, with 3 to 4 cans by frying it with the oil that is already in the can, with some chopped onions, garlic, some cloves, cinnamon sticks, cilantro & lots of hot peppers, then eat it with brown bread, brown rice or roti (tortillas) and they taste pretty amazing good.This is how we use to do it in the islands, cooking it with the island flavor, style and taste.The package came well packed & wrap in plastic in a carton box, there was no banged-up or dent cans, like you always receive (for most of the cans) if you order through Walmart & the Suppliers Walmart uses.Because of the above mentioned Product Qualities & Well, Solid Package of the Product from the Suppliers that Amazon use, I give Five ***** Starts 🙋 !

It's cheaper than buying it in-store, which makes it a really practical option if you eat tuna regularly or like to stock up. The flavor and texture are the same as the name brands you'd normally grab off the shelf, so there's no sacrifice in quality. Overall, it's a great value and definitely worth it if you want the same quality tuna for less money

I keep a supply of this tuna (no other tuna) in my home. I have two cats, one little dog, and me. When I open a can of tuna, I have to split it four ways and then I open my own can!! I've tried all the other brands and we like this one the best for its flavor and texture. Sometimes I open a can, squeeze the water out, and add a little Hellmann's, salt and pepper and eat it right out of the can or I make a sandwich out of it. Love it!!!!!!!
