It would be nice if they had some instructions with the isolation transformer Explaining things such as the TRS configuration, maximum wattage input, and identifying the auxiliary molex connectors. I have bought 8 of these over the past few weeks, two have failed.

Device reverses L and R channels, a big deal in my application.

Because the connectors are opposite each other it flips the right channel for the Left Channel and the Left Channel for the right Channel. Instead of returning it I simply moved one Jack to the other side of the board and it keeps the channels properly in line

This is perfect to eliminate the ground loop hum when connecting my TV audio out to my stereo receiver input.

This will break a ground loop but such tiny transformers can't be expected to pass strong low end. You will need and EQ on either side to dial it in once you have this installed.
