Well made beautiful piece of equipment!
We just started using this and so far so good. There are two household members and we are hoping it will work for bucket bathing in winters . We’ll see if it is able to keep up with small demand for hot water . Looks good in the bathroom. Well made . It was super easy to install as long as you have the plumbing already available for cold water supply and hot water outlet .

Warranty is cheating the customer
This company’s product quality is pathetic and warranty is a joke, this is the second time am scrapping cromtons product, some times back my new ceiling fan now water heater, I bought this heater 11 months ago and it is not working now due to heater coil failure and tank leakage.I raised a complaint and the same was closed without attending.After multiple follow ups the service engineer came to my home after 15 days.Now the service engineer replaced a used heater stating that this is a new one, am attaching the picture of the same. See the quality of this company and after market service. This company is running only for the name, don’t buy anything from Crompton. The engineer not even have proper tools to attend the complaint..
