This was my first set and it worked out really well for my bread!

Y'all...I jumped on the sourdough train and I can't stop making bread. This was the first "kit" I purchased and it helped me gain the confidence to make my first loaf. It comes with all of the essentials and it is a great price for everything you get! The proofing basket is sturdy, the dough whisk has saved my mixing bowls (and sanity), and the bread lame has helped me make the prettiest scores in my bread. Overall, a great purchase.

I gave it four stars because the basket is much smaller than it appeared. It is made of good quality all of the items in the set are. I would’ve liked to have had a Spurdle with it in the set instead of having to buy it separately. Overall good product. I’m happy with my purchase.

The basket gives my bread a nice shape and it doesn’t stick.

Excellent product. Perfect size for a smaller loaf and I love the line thickness. Would definitely recommend it.

Finally caved and got one. This one is nice and comes with a fabric cover, scraper and blade to score the bread with. The fabric cover is easy to remove and can be easily hand washed and dries fast.

These are so cute! I haven't been able to use them just yet because I am still in the process of making my first sourdough starter. However, they are real wicker. I know because when they were delivered I wasn't home. My dogs got the package and tried to chew through the box to get them. Luckily, the seller packaged them very well and they only got through one box. lol The oval basket has one bite mark! 😂 So I know they are wicker! I love the whisk it comes with and the razor blade! I can't wait to put designs on my bread! I make bread every day so I'll be using the blade on my other breads as well! I will admit the proofing baskets are smaller than I thought they would be, but after looking at the reviews I guess they are normal size for sourdough. I definitely recommend this set if you are starting to make sourdough like I am. It comes with everything you need!

Originally I bought one from China but it never arrived so I decided to pay a bit more and buy one from Prime. This arrived the next day and is good quality. The basket is solid and I have been using the liner each time I proof and then just putting it in the washing machine so less mess. During lockdown Ive started making sour dough, a few loaves a week and was using my colander with a tea towel in for the proofing. This is much better and takes up less room. Creates a good proof. too. Have been using the knife to score the bread before baking but not used the brush.

J ai bien reçu le banneton aujourd'hui,par contre le pinceau livré avec est cassé,et a été mis cassé avant l envoi , sinon ,je suis content de la qualité du banneton.
