Yes. There is no am or pm so you have to use the 24 hour clock. So 1:00 is 1:00 am and 13:00 is 1:00 pm

I don’t see why not. Cats are pretty quick at figuring out who’s feeding and when. I’d just be concerned with what other types of animals would want to dine there!

Q: Can you change how much it drops per 1 portion? It drops almost half a cup of dry food and it’s way too much for my cat.

You cannot unfortunately because petlibro automatically sets how much is given out in a portion. It is highly recommended that you pay attention and see how long it takes your cat to eat 1 portion, and then using that information, you can creat multiple routines to match your cats feeding habits. Example, my cat gets 4 portions of cat food every 6 hours. If it takes him too long to eat all of that cat food in that period, then I can change it to give him 4 portions every 8 hours.

Q: Can a cat reach up the bottom with their paw to wiggle more food out?

My can't hasn't been able to. She used to with a different feeder, but so far not this one.
