Nice monitor for affordable price
This monitor is something I like. I don't have any equipment to measure some numbers, but I can tell that it's minimum 400 nits. HDR content looks good enough. Yes, this is not an OLED monitor, but it is significantly cheaper than OLED monitors. Color accuracy is great. But I previously stated that I do not have the necessary equipment to measure it. G-sync works great. Responding time is perfect. 180 Hz refresh is enough to produce a smooth picture. The edge-lit is not particularly good, and the local dimming is not perfect, but it's not a total disaster at all. Assembly is the simplest thing I have ever done. The menu is simple and has everything you need. 1440p resolution is the most suitable for me. The 1080 is too small, while 2160p necessitates a highly expensive video card. The reason 1440p is the best resolution is because it allows me to run games with my Rtx 4060 without affecting picture quality significantly.

Works great with Xbox Series X
I usually dont write reviews but this monitor is AMAZING!! My xbox Series X looks great and no blur when playing COD! I recommend it! 10/10Setup: when you first turn on you should take time and go through settings what best fits the games you play!

Well worth the price.
I picked up this Alienware 34 Gaming Monitor – AW3425DWM a week ago. I tried several other VA 34 inch panels and returned them. I don't think i can bring myself to return this one. The ghosting is very minimal on fast and faster, extreme has some red green overshoot. Much better than the LG.The blacks are very black. The HDR actually works. This is the first time I've gotten HDR to work well and I'm loving it.

This is one dope ultrawide monitor!
Great monitor! Im loving the ultrawide on games. Coming from a 1080P 27 inch this makes makes a big differance! Quality and specs are there for 1440 gaming with HDR and whatever you want to do with it. Refresh rate at 180hz is a huge plus.

know the difference from display setting and in game settings & how to use your settings
best monitor i own, i play in game settings at 3200x1800 while gaming and 5760x3240 display setting in the background still using in game setting at 3200x1800 , never gave me problem unless i try to set "in game setting higher than 3200x1800" reason that is because it technically not a 2k/4k/8k monitor but does run strong

Using this for Xbox X as of rn but will upgrade to pc
I don’t know if it is because I’m on a console, but the colors are a bit blurry and almost pixelated. I might just need to look at the settings but other than that, the monitor is so smooth and I have little backlight bleed and no motion blur, but coming from 60hz this is a huge game changer

Do not buy if you have an AMD graphics card
If you do not enable "Smart HDR" in the OSD (off by default), the monitor will be stuck at 30Hz on AMD GPUs. Once you get it working at 360Hz, you will have cursor skipping. I will update this review if AMD/Dell decide to fix this or I find a workaround. I've tried an Acer X25 360Hz that did not exhibit this issue.Other problems:- In the sleep state, the power LED pulses white instead of switching to an amber color like every other monitor (they're too cheap to add a separate amber LED)- The OSD is extremely laggy (takes roughly half a second to initially pop up, then lags between each submenu- The joystick is the only button to manipulate the monitor's settings, and you cannot go directly into the OSD, you must first press the joystick, wait for the menu to pop up, then press up to get to the actual OSD- You cannot see the monitor's refresh rate in the OSD without digging for it, on Asus monitors the refresh rate is always shown in the OSD in the "title bar"- No "deep sleep" toggle to disable deep sleep. If you've wondered why it takes so long for monitors to wake from sleep, this is why- Yes, the motion clarity isn't the best- There is slight vignetting, this was not present on my old IPS 280HzPros:- You can easily create custom resolutions (unlike goysync monitors)- Cheap
