Work perfectly!
I ordered pumps online and they seemed to fit great but my heels kept slipping out the back (a problem I seem to have with most dress shoes unfortunately, I think my heels are too narrow). These are super cushy and pushed my feet back in the shoes just enough to resolve my problem! My toes do feel a little tight in the toe box, though that might be more the fault of the shoe design rather than these pads.

Decent if shoes are too big
I purchased some Mary Jane type shoes that were just a little too big, so I used these for the extra space on the shoe. While these are comfortable, and fit inside of the shoe well, they may have been just a little too soft. They are easy to install and had decent quality.

Buy correct shoe size whenever possible
Put lots of pressure on toes. Not a good fit if you only need a half size reduction in shoe size…I wear a 5 1/2 but could only find shoes style I needed in size 6

I have 1/2 size difference in feet. Solves the problem easily. Comfortable.
