Great for video and photos
I really love this camera! It takes great photos. I was more into videography before I got this camera but now I have an interest in photography just because of the quality that is produce when taking the photo. It came with a UV filter which is great but I still don’t know how to take off which is not so great lol. Overall the camera is great has a nice grip and comes with stabilising auto and manual focusing

So far very pleased with this
From having a Canon AE1 and then A1 camera, I bought my first DSLR in 2004, an EOS 300D, one of the first budget DSLRs, but that packed up about 6, or so, years ago. Since then have managed with various compact digital cameras and now have a Lumix TZ60, which is very good. But I missed the adaptability of a DSLR camera and decided it was time to get a new one. I decided to stay with Canon and the main requirement was to get it with the 18mm -135mm IS STM lens at the best price I could. So I ended up with a "nearly new" EOS 700D for £500, which is as good as new. I was very tempted to get the 70D, but couldn't really justify nearly twice the price for what seemed quite modest improvements for my limited hobby use. I have since obtained the Canon 10mm-18mm IS STM and Canon 70m-300mm IS USM Lenses, plus a SAMYANG 8mm fisheye, some of them also nearly new to keep the cost down. All this was achieved for about the same cost as the 300D with a standard 50mm and 100mm macro lens in 2004. One noticeable thing was the instruction manual, which is three times thicker than for the EOS 300D. Clearly DSLRs have advanced enormously in the past decade. However after some initial finger problems, particularly with the ISO setting, with the much improved built in help I have quickly learned how to use this camera and its wealth of sophisticated features. I find the touch screen a bit disconcerting, but getting used to it, though soon disabled the "touch and shoot" option. I also don't like the way the focussing area can so easily be displaced to some unwanted position by an incidental touch of the screen. I am particularly impressed with the image stabilisation, and the speed of the STM and USM auto focussing. Also the movable screen is very handy. There is still much to learn about and use with this camera, but so far I am more than pleased with it. Only thing is it needs a back pack to carry it all, rather than just slipping into my pocket like the compact digital camera.

Great camera
Excellent camera. Bought it because of a recommendation by a professional photographer friend. It is just the right step up from a point and press. Easy to use but with a lot of creative scope if you want to try. Very pleased with it.

Great camera
As advertised. Only complaint is that it feels somewhat plasticky here and there. Great pictures, don't really use video. Have had Canon cameras for years, and I really like that I can pretty much use one straight our of the box, everything is where it has always been.

Amazing: ) selected free 7 day delivery
Amazing :) selected free 7 day delivery. It arrived in 2 days. Even though the manual was in Dutch, the camera was in English. English manual was easy to find on the canon website. Would highly recommend. everything was in the box that was needed. Only the charger was EU and not English

Love this camera
Love this camera. After doing ALOT of research this seemed the best performance for the price. Love the touch screen, pictures are fantastic and is very intuitive to use. Quite big but that is what you expect from a dslr.

Actually I have already had some views about CANON d700. So the product was exactly what I expected. The bright point for me is receiving it much sooner than what I thought and I made me surprised :)

Grausig, was die Geschwindigkeit anbelangt. Alles eher lichtstarke. 2,8er Makro, 2,8er Zoom 17-50mm, 2,8er 24mm und das 1,8er 50mm. Alles klasse Bilder. Was fehlt? Evtl.
