I used this product, stainless steel polish and now my frig. Looks ruined?

I do not use this product, but I have used products from them and have been very satisfied. They have an excellent customer service department that might not give you a new refrigerator, but maybe can help you restore. Your door might not actually be stainless but just has the appearance ...just guessing

The main photo on this listing says it's an odor eliminater. But, when you click to buy (I only want one) it says stainless steel cleaner.

It has nothing to do with odor- it is indeed a stainless steel cleaner. I am not familiar with the main photo on the listing however I use this product many times.

Does this product remove water spots that have tarnished the stainless steel finish?

I imagine it would. I use it on my aluminum irons and it is great. I have used it on my stainless steel stove and it works good.

Does it work on black stainless steel

The only true Black Steel is appliances made by Bosch. All others coating, dont use on others. its like putting oil on a painted surface, you wouldn't do it.
