Anti-Acne Soap with Smoke-Tree Extract & Salicylic (2 x 60g) - Smoke-Tree Extract contains tannins and essential oils which give the soap astringent and anti-inflammatory effects. Soothes and keeps skin clean and fresh, thus helping to prevent outbreaks of spot and pimples. The Salicylic content helps to treat acne by reducing swelling and redness and unplugging blocked skin pores to allow pimples to shrink. The Anti-Acne Soaps also contain: glycerin, tetra sodium EDTA, sodium palm kernelate, sodium palmate & sodium chloride. Glycerin is a humectant (from vegetable sources) that attracts and binds moisture to the skin. Tetra Sodium EDTA is a chelating agent, used to makes hard water become soft (because hard water won't get skin clean). Research on this compound shows that it is safe when used in small as, as in soaps. Sodium Palm Kernelate is a natural salt derived from palm kernel oil, which is in turn derived from the kernels () of the oil palm.
