Used after achilles surgery
My foot has been swollen since I had achilles surgery four months ago. I love it when my PT always puts ice on it after my exercises. I decided to buy this ice pack so I could ice my ankle at home. This is so much more comfortable than using a baggie with ice. It stays cold for the entire 20 minutes that I use it. I only wish that the ice pack extended over the top of my foot and not just the bottom and achilles area. My foot is swollen on top, too. Besides that, I have really liked it.

This boot is great
I need to have foot surgery. In the meantime, I ordered this boot and it works great. The pain is gone, and its so easy to use. Plus it comes with a little zipper bag to place in the freezer. I use this every night. One night I didn't use it and by 10pm I was in so much pain I could not go to sleep. So now it is part of my routine to ice my foot at 6pm, and then have dinner, and then go to bed. That works. But if you need surgery, get that, and then use the boot for after surgery.

Excellent for Ankle/Foot injuries
I love this cold boot! Flexible gel makes it easy to wrap the foot and it stay cold for quiet some time. I gave it a 4 ⭐️ for comfort as I wish the boot came with a shaped towel insert or a soft interior surface. do not wear without a towel or sock etc…Otherwise its a 5 ⭐️ for me. I wear a size 7 shoe and it fits well. Easy to walk in if needed. Comes with a resealable bag to store it in when in the freezer. Please note that the boot does produce a bit of condensation.
