New but came with hole in the bounce house
Update: the seller responded quickly willing to resolve the issue with a PVC repair kit. Thank you for being so responsive.Hi there, I’m trying to get in contact with the manufacturer/owner. I ordered this new bounce house back in Nov 2023, however I just opened it and there is a small leak/hole in the corner seam where it was sewed together. It makes a small noise and I need to figure out how to repair it. I’ve called Amazon several times but they have no way for me to contact you to ask how to fix this. Is there a kit or industrial needle to repair the seam? The glue kit will not work because it’s in a raised corner where the sticking has come apart. Please get in touch with me if possible, thank you!

Fast shipping and great quality
Love everything about it. Easy to put up, easy to take down. Even has Ballon arch mounting points on it. This vendor is very easy to work with and will provide support where needed.When we cleaned it up after renting it out at a party, the process was very simple and it cleaned up nicely.

Not fully inflating
I’m not sure if I got a defective bounce house but I bought this for my wedding and when I stepped on it I sunk straight to the ground, 😞

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to invest in a bounce and this one did not disappoint! The seller contacted me with further details upon delivery and provided me with Manuel as well. I really appreciated this and thought it was great service! I used the product this past weekend for my daughter’s 6th birthday it was definitely the main attraction, the kids loved it! Will definitely purchase another style in the near future! Great size, good service and product is as described!
