This was easy to put together and it looks great in our guest room. It provides a sturdy surface for our guests to place their luggage. I only wish I had bought this sooner. I will probably buy another one soon. Very well worth the cost!

The luggage rack arrived on time and the box in good condition. It required more assembly than I expected. The instructions were all diagrams and relatively easy to follow. I do appreciate that they included extra bolts, washers, and nuts. Although I didn't need them, I frequently seem to lose one or two during assembly. The racks seem pretty sturdy and will be nice to have when guests visit.

I got this for our spare bedroom for guests! It's lightweight yet very sturdy! It looks nice when we put it out and so easy to store when we don’t have company! Great value!

This was easy to put together. It came with an Allen wrench. The instructions were easy to follow. It is solid and strong. It came with extra screws.

I stay at my son's house sometimes and this is great to set my luggage on. The bottom holds my shoes very nicely as well. It helps to keep everything organized for me and in the room when my visits are short ones.

Worked well and looks good

I will say the instructions were pretty clear. Doing it along and following them took me exactly 40 minutes to complete one build.The second build was a lot quicker as I had my partner assist. We were baffled at the outcome. It seemed like some pieces were shorter than others and it just didn't sit right.The first was uneven and you could adjust the feet to make it work.The second required some manuevering to ensure it was provided a lot tighter fit. In the first one, I did not tighten as I went along but instead elected to tighted at the end. That worked well and it is recommended that way it all fits nice and tight together.The second one I tightened as I went along. This resulted in metal that was clearly not even or going to work well. And you don't want to try to bend it because the metal is not that strong and it would end up ruining the racks.At the end we got it together. One is more lopsided than the other. And the lower rack, cloth, hangs more to the ground than the other.You get what you paid for. It will work for us, but I think in the next purchase I will spend the extra money and buy something more stable/sturdy. I'm not sure how much weight these will handle besides what the documentation says.
