I had shoulder replacement and needed this to help exercise the muscle. It works well worth the price.

With a locked shoulder, it was hard to lift my arm under its own power. But with this pulley system, I could use my right arm to lift my left arm without tensing the muscles. after a few days the shoulder loosened back up.looks and feels well made.We are keeping this pulley handy in our "older" years :)

The construction is very good - 5 stars. No instructions for setup or use (i.e. how to use the included band) nor any exercises - no stars. Rating is average of the stars.

I was looking for a shoulder pulley for a while now and all the shoulder pulley I saw, the pulley was made of plastic. Almost everyone will have a comment about the plastic pulleys will heat up and break from using or the weight of the arm is too heavy for the pulley. I had a very intensive shoulder surgery and needed a shoulder pulley that I can use for a long time but getting frustrated reading the comments how the pulley will break after using it for a few times. I decided that I will just build one myself. I just need a metal pulley, rope, and a handle which I can purchase in one of the big box stores. And last week I checked one more time and the first item that I clicked was this Slim Panda Shoulder Pulley. As I looked at the pulley, it said that it was made of steel. I must read the description multiple times to be sure. And it said steel pulley. I ordered the item, and when it arrived, I checked and it was indeed a metal pulley. Assembling was simple and the rope glided very smoothly over the pulley. I know this shoulder pulley will outlast my physical therapy

Strap is way too long and is not adjustable.

This pulley comes with a storage bag! I didn’t know how much I would appreciate that until I was ready to put it away. The bag keeps everything nicely compact. The pulley system itself is a sturdy metal construction. I like the easy to grab handles. So far, it works really well. Yes, I had to put it together, but that took only a few minutes.

Very convenient to use. Excellent quality. An extremely useful item if you have problems with your shoulder joints.

I recently dislocated my shoulder and my physio therapist suggested I order this. I use it everyday. It really works! I take it along when I travel too. It is easy to use and lightweight.

This is a very high quality item, all steel and works great, but it is heavy , so make sure it won't fall on your head while exercising or if you are travelling with it , consider the extra weight, other than that, it is great, works smoothly and extremely durable, caused no damage to my door either.

This pulley system was easy to set up. Very strong and quiet while doing my exercises.The foam bumper will never damage you door. I use this twice a day for my shoulder injury.Great value for this cost.

My physiotherapist recommended I purchase this product to help recover from surgery but I wish I had bought the one with the bracket that stays on the door as I am currently not able to reach that high to install it every time I need to do my exercises.
