I use this tape occasionally to help support my knee during various activities. It sticks very well, supports the affected area and when properly applied it does not come off until you remove it. As is is very sticky you must be careful when removing the tape, I was mindful not to pull it right off, I found that it was best to hold tape near effected area and pull slowly.

The adhesive isn't as strong as KT tape, but still works well.

Be careful not to put this onto an area of your body that has a lot of hair, because this amazing tape stays on for days - even after the elasticity wears off: I speak from painful experience! :) Seriously, this tape helped my arthritic knee way more than I thought it would/could. Very impressive...the elasticity lasted for (I think) three full days. It stayed secure through multiple showering where I thought it would eventually lose it's sticking force. Nope! Long about the 5th day I began taking it off...wincing all the way through, looking at all the hair left on the tape. Lesson learned: Shave where it's being applied next time, or use a solvent to help remove it.

The adhesive does not last and frays by the end of the day. Not too bad for the price. Purchased for a trial of k tape.

I bought this for plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I watched a couple YouTube videos on how to tape my foot and use this tape. The tape works great! I wore through a couple showers and still stays on great. Sometimes it will Peel a little on the ends after applying. I just cut them off to the point of where they are adhering to my skin. No worries still works great.

The color (pink) was nice and vibrant and the tape itself is easy to mold and use. It isn’t very strong if that’s the right word? It lasted great through my work out and easily removed in the shower but over time with sweat and movement it became less strong. Decent for price.

Probably put on wrong gave me no support but I know it works for other people
