This backpack is great. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The inside is spacious and keeps food/drinks warm/cold for long periods of time. The side pockets for drinks are especially useful and very sturdy. The versatility and durability of this bag are high quality.

I bought this to have a more stand up food delivery bag for my delivery job. It sits up nice, and it's got a lot of room in it. The only thing is the drink pockets really are more for sealed drinks and not a fountain drink. I think the design could be improved if there was a strap of some kind that allowed you to carry it straight up and down because that's where I have the problems with the sodas. This is probably really great for someone riding a bike or hiking. It would also be good for a grocery store run. Overall, it's a nice bag and seems to be durable.

Kudos to the team behind this innovative and well-designed product!The only issue that has been bothering me for a while is that, if you don't fill the backpack to its capacity, it might not remain as secure. The top of the backpack could cave in a bit, affecting the stability of the cup holder section. This minor concern aside, I still find the overall performance and convenience of the insulated delivery bag to be top-notch. It's worth considering a design improvement to address this matter and ensure consistent stability regardless of the load.

It is a good bag I wish It was a little bigger

I've been looking for a cooler bag for my fishing trips that will hold a lot of cool drinks and food for a day at the lake. This bag is perfect because I can load lots of refreshments, throw it on like a backpack, then hike down the trail to out favorite spots all while carrying my fishing gear.The fit and finish is top notch, the stitching is well done and the liner keeps the contents cool (or hot) for hours.I definitely recommend this thermal pack if you're going to be doing any hiking, especially with kids. There's lots of extra pockets and bottle holders. Of course, dads know that means you're carrying the load for the whole bunch. 🤣Parents, I recommend this thermal pack highly, especially on road trips. You can't beat it at this price point.

Great size and comfort. Eventually the inside silver liner ripped and that was the end. The silver and the insulation liner all came unattached from top.

I use this bag for UberEats. I have had this backpack for 1 month now and have no issues. The lining on the inside has not torn as others have said. At the top, I think you just have to be careful with the zipper so it doesn't get zipped up. Otherwise, it can cause it to tear. I get asked everywhere I go, where I got it from. Personally, I only find the cup holders helpful for bottles and not cups with lids. Anytime I've put a cup with a lid in it, it rubs the pocket of the bag and makes the lid pop off. The pockets for the cup holders are also VERY deep. Deeper than a large cup from McDonald's. If it weren't so deep, I don't think I would have the lid issue. I've also seen others write about not being able to fit pizza in it. You have to turn the bag on its side. Lol I do that and carry it by the buckles on the front pocket. If I had to say anything bad about this bag, that would be it. It's fine putting it on its side, but I wish it had detachable side straps- kinda like dufflebag style. Otherwise, this bag has been amazing to me. Especially with large orders or any orders with a bit if a walk. I use this bag for my off days as well. For the park, zoo, groceries, etc. If anything ever happens to this bag, I'm gladly purchasing another one.
